The English Department welcomed a delegation of Australian parliamentarians on 20th October 2011. This event took place in the course of the established cooperation between the English Department and the Australian Embassy, which is also on the advisory board of the guest chair “Australian Studies”. In this context a meeting with the prorector, members of other faculties and the international office took place in order to discuss current and future cooperation with Australian universities.
